w! I did not think I would ever be so impressed and actually enjoy buying a car this much. I have been in the market for a new car for a while now and finally decided on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I actually enjoy buying a car this much. I have been in the market for a new car for a while now and finally decided on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I live and play mostly downtown Toronto so I conveniently ended up at Downtown Hyundai. I have left a review of that shop and didn't really have anything special or noteworthy to say ( was a perfectly fine experience). I was told by DH that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for the model I wanted. This was fine with me at the time, however after 4 weeks I decided to ask for an update and was told it would be at least another 4 weeks and more likely 6 or more. Ok no problem except that after some digging I found 1 available at Kingscross Hyundai! Well after confirming that it actually was available and the same model I was looking for I headed right over. This place was very busy but I was greeted quickly by Richa (who also took my initial call to confirm availability). She immediately made me feel welcome and important and seemed to really want to help. I was actually so impressed by this as this was different than my other greetings from DH. She eagerly helped double check that this was the model and trim I was looking for and took me right over to see it and touch it and test it. We then looked into my trade-in and other details of the deal. I was really impressed again by her desire to make me happy and comfortable during all this. We finalized the deal then and there and will be picking up my new car in a few days. I honestly can't say enough about Richa and the manager on duty and the financing specialist Annie as well.. the whole team really made this experience one I will not soon forget.
