My experience at the dealership was average. During the entire course of buying process, applying for finance and vehicle delivery; multiple people were involved in the process and all of them w During the entire course of buying process, applying for finance and vehicle delivery; multiple people were involved in the process and all of them were amicable and accommodating. The only downside was I had to keep following up with them on my vehicle status. I never received any updates over call or email confirming my vehicle build status. It felt little weird calling and asking for updates once a month. Overall, I didn't feel an excellent customer service but it didn't meet the bare minimum expectations as well. More

I did a lot of research before deciding to go check out the Hyundai Kona N Line. Ivan Wu, the lease portfolio manager, was patient and enthusiastic and took the time to offer me the chance to test drive o the Hyundai Kona N Line. Ivan Wu, the lease portfolio manager, was patient and enthusiastic and took the time to offer me the chance to test drive other vehicles that I was also interested in. Ultimately, I ended up selecting the Kona N Line and I am loving the ride and all the features! Ivan was knowledgeable, explained all the different options and offered me a great deal on a lease. I am excited about Hyundai's new direction, I believe my next car will be an electric vehicle in the Hyundai line. I highly recommend Kingcross Hyundai. More
