Our lease was up on our Toyota Corolla S, and we weren't going to be going back to the toyota dealership to get another Toyota, seeing as the Kia Forte caught our eye. So we popped in to the Kia of Newmarket dealership and were pleasently surprised, that not only was everyone friendly but we were able to communicate what we needed and got serviced right away, and purchased on the first visit. I have to say dealing with Elaine Liberatore was an absolute pleasure! What a complete asset to that dealership. We definately will be purchasing our future cars there, seeing as she's still there to make the process less painful! I was in the market for a new car and really had no idea what I wanted. Everyone I met was really friendly and helpful and so knoweledgable about all the KIA vehicles. I also really liked how everyone works together as a team. KIA of Newmarket definitely doesn't have the typical feel of a regular car dealership. One person who really stood out to me was Elaine Liberatore. She was so sweet and so patient with me and she really took the time to answer all my questions. She is a very bubbly and happy person who I really feel enjoys her job. I really just can't thank her enough for being so helpful and taking the time to sit and answer all my questions. I never felt pressured by her at all. She was absolutely fantastic! I ended up purchasing a KIA Rio and I absolutely LOVE it!!! We love the way it looks, feels, runs - especially in the snow :-) This dealership has an excellent atmosphere, and appears to be very successful. Visiting near by dealerships I was unable to find what I was looking for, within my price range and also found that the sales representatives were too money driven and did not focus on the customer (ME!!). Lindsey, was not only very courteous to my husband and I, but she really built a great rapport with us! I felt at ease talking about money with her and did not feel pressured to purchase that same day (although I did) because she actually listened to what I wanted, and understood my limitations.
