Mya was the most helpful sales person I've encountered in a long time. She is also considerate, knowledgeable, and doesn't push you, which is something I appreciate when making decisions such encountered in a long time. Absolutely LOVED dealing with the folks at KIA Hamilton!! I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in all our years of car buying. This was my oldest daughter's first "big dealership" / new c I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in all our years of car buying. This was my oldest daughter's first "big dealership" / new car experience (she's always bought vehicles from small dealerships) and she was thrilled with the whole experience. Gary was an easy going, honest and sincere guy to deal with (not common in this industry!). Everyone we dealt with, from reception, finance managers, gm and various sales staff on our different visits was great. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Victoria is very very happy with her 2014 Sorento!! More
I purchased a 2011 KIA Forte from this dealership - the paperwork I have for it is duplicated, inaccurate, or not present at all, even with continuous phone calls and visits. There is water leaking from somewhere within the vehicle, which was taken in for service to be dried, have the problem identified, and re-detailed to remove the awful stench and stains throughout. Was supposed to receive a phone call on November 6, 2013 with the details of the vehicle. I did not. When I called, I was told that Rob was not in that day, and that the service manager had already gone home (at 4:00pm). When I picked up the vehicle on November 7, 2013, I was told the sales manager would go over the vehicle with me. He did not. He would not provide me with service records for it. He skimmed over the results on his computer, skipping "body repair". When questioned about this, he stated it was what he had just done to my vehicle?!?! There is no way drying up the interior of my car is a body repair. I received multiple answers as to when it received an oil change last (there is no sticker in the window). When I got into my vehicle after picking it up from service, the car still had stains on the ceiling and elsewhere. The stench was masked by the smell of Windex. It has since rained, and the inside of my vehicle is wet again. KIA Canada will not respond. Head office was of very little help. Was never allowed to speak with anyone above the sales manager at the dealership. Extremely dissatisfied!!!! Cannot get over how poor the customer service has been, and at what very little care has been taken to mend the situation. More
