Our kids made for two chaotic visits but we were accommodated very nicely with the kids entertainment corner, treats, and colouring books. Mike even watched our kids at one point and cleaned up a hot chocolate spill. Melissa was also very friendly and patient with us and our children as we worked through the paper work. She made us feel no pressure at all and took time to entertain our questions. From start to finish we had a very positive experience at Kia of Hamilton. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you! There are sales reps out there who don't even let you "step on it" to properly test drive a car, and yet are very pushy with trying to sell what they barely let you test out.
