If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Worst ever!!! Ordered a new telluride in Dec of 2021 and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well in oct of 2022 they finally contact me and tell me I will have to reorder and it would be another 6-12 month wait. In the time I was waiting I was never contacted or updated with my order. I had to call them every month to be told it should be he soon. And to top it off they jacked the price up 5000 over mrsp. For the new 1, these guys are a bunch of crooks and very shady. Had to wait for a month of steady calling and leaving voicemails with no call backs to try and get my deposit back. These guys are a joke. Stay far away!!! More

Bought a car and they offered the "free" oil changes (it's added in the car price BTW) I specifically asked them to not include it and keep the price about $1000 cheaper and they snuck it in the contrac (it's added in the car price BTW) I specifically asked them to not include it and keep the price about $1000 cheaper and they snuck it in the contract calling it CVP (Canadian Value Package). I thought CVP was something else and I signed the contract not thinking much of it. After going over it, I asked the financing person about this and then she told me what it was. I called the sales manager and said too bad I sign for it, even though I had it structed for the offer sheet. I own 6 KIAs for my business, guess where I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to when it's time to upgrade my cars. More

Just did a walk in to look at a Seltos. One person acknowledged my existence, I was invisible to everyone else. We have purchased two Kia's from this location and their Customer Service has been Phenomenal. We recommend buying vehicles from their staff. Just bought a Telluride. .. had to wait nearly 6 months but i am so happy I did. Amazing vehicle! They do not honor contract. After waiting for 8 month when i got vehicle they increased price by 2k and told me of you are not interested they will give me deposit back. When I was looking for quotes Melvin provided me cheaper price and asked me to sign in just 1 day if I want that price. At the end of the day it was same as everyone else after they increased 2k. Sales guy was like this is Family owned business and we provide best price and service. Never again from unethical family owned business. More

Add at least $5,000 - $7,000 on top of list price. They will tell you you can't get a car for MSRP anymore but that is a lie. Go to another dealership and they will be happy to do it for you. Then, they add another $6,000 - $7,000 worth of "add ons" onto the the vehicle automatically without option to remove them. So when you sit down to talk numbers suddenly your car is $12,000 more than MSRP. They will pressure you to sign for a car quickly because they will "sell all of these cars in a few days". After happily taking your money, they will not refund you your deposit because they "stopped selling the car", even though it is still listed on their website and you hear other people in the dealership talking about viewing the same vehicle. Honestly... take your money elsewhere. In the end, it will not end up being a cost effective car. There are so many other dealerships that will not try to pressure you or rake you over the coals like this dealership will. You will get better value for money elsewhere. More

Ordered a van through these crooks, called multiple times to ask for our vin number never had one on file. After 5 months I wanted to cancel the order and all of a sudden they have a vin and they apperently to ask for our vin number never had one on file.
