The purchase negotiation was very informal, and Ryan Kelly, the sales manager, is a delight to work with. We agreed on a price all in, and the vehicle was ready for us the next morning. Tarah Fardy in the finance department was very professional, explaining our extra options in a very clear and concise manner. We settled on what we wanted, paid for everything, and left the dealership feeling very pleased. I will buy another Kia product from them , and will service my new Kia Soul there as well. I went to the dealership where I purchased my first vehicle twice. Both times they convinced me to come in; both times I was disappointed and frustrated. They told me that the colour and model I wanted was not available anywhere in Edmonton (untrue), that I didn't qualify for 0% interest on my financing (they offered 2.99%), and that my trade was worth $4000 less than I actually got for it. I decided to reach out to Kia West Edmonton through their website (after seeing the blue Sorento in stock) and Ryan got in touch right away. He was so nice and so helpful. Ryan ended up getting me the colour I wanted, 0% financing, a great trade in value AND a better model, totaling over $8000 in savings. I was so grateful that I accepted the offer right away and signed the same day. I most appreciated Ryan's honesty - there was no haggling. He was also really friendly and great to deal with. I have a friend looking at a Sorento and I've already recommended Ryan to her. I would recommend him and Kia West Edmonton to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Nemo and Kris made it happen. We are now proud owners of the 2016 SX turbo Sorrento. There were a few minor, scratches on the vehicle, that Nemo went out of his way to have these taken care of.
