After some deliberation we settled on a specific colour and model, but to our dismay the dealer did not have it on their site. Fortunately, they were able to acquire one from a dealer in Vancouver and had it on site and ready to go about a week later. Andrew was very accommodating in that he was willing to drive this vehicle to my daughter in Camrose while I followed in our own vehicle. I would then return him to Edmonton. That's going above and beyond. Fortunately we were able to make other arrangements. Great experience at Kia West!! More
