Courteous, Professional, Non-Pressure Experience Ryan was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. When I initiated contact with Ryan, I requested all communication by email, as I was Ryan was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. When I initiated contact with Ryan, I requested all communication by email, as I was not interested in being pestered at home with phone calls. Ryan was responsive to all my questions, and never even asked for my phone number until after an agreement was reached. There were none of the classic sales pressure techniques that give car salesmen a bad name (i.e. “this day only” price; requesting a deposit too early in the process, etc.). Ryan honoured all of his commitments and respected all of my stated expectations. This was my first true “no pressure” vehicle purchase experience. I would definitely be comfortable in referring family and friends to Ryan and Kia West Edmonton. More

Great place to buy a car I went to many different dealerships and looked at many brands of cars. I had very specific needs for size of vehicle compared to practicality. We're from Red Deer so we went into the Red Deer Kia dealership but never really felt comfortable with the salesman or the manager. They kept trying to pressure us into making a decision right away which we weren't prepared to do. Dealing with Ryan Kelly at Kia West Edmonton was a totally different experience. From the first phone call I felt comfortable dealing with him. We worked out a deal over the phone and he even made sure I had his cell number so I could get in touch with him after hours with any questions. So after dealing with three different people from Kia Red Deer Monday morning we decided to head up to Edmonton to pick up our new Kia from Ryan instead. He was able to give us a better deal and a much better experience. We were nervous about the decision to purchase a new vehicle, but dealing with everyone at Kia West Edmonton made us feel comfortable with our decision. Even the dreaded contract signing was a pleasant experience with Tarah Lee Fardy. We have no regrets leaving Red Deer to purchase our new Sorento and will definitely be referring everyone to Kia and to Ryan. Kia West Edmonton truly is a top notch dealership with fantastic people.
