I don't really know where to begin with my experience, but I can tell you that from the moment that Raza approached me in the lot he just makes you fe I don't really know where to begin with my experience, but I can tell you that from the moment that Raza approached me in the lot he just makes you feel comfortable..from someone who doesn't buy a car very often this was very important to me to feel comfortable and not to have a pushy sales guy.. Raza is far from that he is a guy with so much integrity, honesty and he actual cares about you getting the right thing for you.. He is very knowledgeable and will put the time to explain every angle of that car and all the features.. I was really impressed I did my research but he gave me more information than you could ever find on the Internet.. Through the process I dealt with Scott the sales manager such a genuine, nice guy.. He also listened to what I wanted and worked with me on the price and found other alternatives to make sure I got something I was happy with.. These two guys alone made my experience a fantastic one.. But at this dealership it not just one person that is working to help make you purchase a success.. Tarah the fianance manager was so through and very good at explaining protection package and extended warrenty. She just so sweet of a person and makes you feel really comfortable.. I feel like I walked away with not only a great car but these people are friends.. I would highly recommend a Kia and this dealership.. More

I was shown how i could lower my monthly expenses while getting into a new Sorento. There is always room for improvement but overall i am extremely happy with Francisco and the atmosphere at Kia West Edmonton. When i'm able to buy another car in the future this is were i will go. Great place to buy a car I went to many different dealerships and looked at many brands of cars. I had very specific needs for size of vehicle compared to practicality. I have a small painting company and needed enough space to fit my ladders and supplies as well as a family member in a wheelchair so I needed space! I drive a LOT of kms a day so a reliable vehicle with good fuel consumption essential. Everyone there was easy and fun to deal with. More

Thank god came in at 3 o'clock and drove away in a 2015 kia with 2000km fully loaded for same payments and not much more $$$ I would send anyone there thanks to frank and scott making me a great deal and service also a big thanks to Krishnie chand who got me credit at a great rate and lightning fast approval!!!! Courteous, Professional, Non-Pressure Experience Ryan was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. When I initiated contact with Ryan, I requested all communication by email, as I was Ryan was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. When I initiated contact with Ryan, I requested all communication by email, as I was not interested in being pestered at home with phone calls. Ryan was responsive to all my questions, and never even asked for my phone number until after an agreement was reached. There were none of the classic sales pressure techniques that give car salesmen a bad name (i.e. “this day only” price; requesting a deposit too early in the process, etc.). Ryan honoured all of his commitments and respected all of my stated expectations. This was my first true “no pressure” vehicle purchase experience. I would definitely be comfortable in referring family and friends to Ryan and Kia West Edmonton. More

After he was done with the physical and economical benefits, I went home with a Ki Went in with my 2008 charger just to listen to what Jay had to say. After he was done with the physical and economical benefits, I went home with a Kia Optima. Jay was amazing. Had a little issue after the purchase, but Jay's way of resolving issues waoed me. He was there till the end working with other units. Jay is not just a car seller as I perceived when we just met. He is a guy who will meet your automobile needs with his recommendation.
