Best Dealership to date I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to this dealership after my co-worker Morgan recommended it to me! Coming in, the experience was much different than the GoAuto dealership as this one is family owned and they seem to actually care about their customers. Aleksie gave me double (or more) what my Kia was worth as it was banged up and not even I would buy it. Matt showed me all the specs of the car when I bought it and any questions I had, Aleksie was happy to answer not only on the phone but took the time to also show me IN PERSON! I'm soon coming in with my boyfriend as he is looking to upgrade his car and this is the only place I would go after my experience, Really good people here folks! :) More

My experience purchasing my car was great, from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out of there super excited. Kris gave me a variety of vehicles to look at that would be within my budget and that were suitable for me. I went for a couple test drives and Mike was so great telling me about the features etc. He made sure when I picked it up that I knew where everything was in the car and I was all set. It made me feel really good that they took such good care of me. I will be telling everyone to go there for a vehicle. Unauthorized Credit Check I have contacted them hoping to get a vehicle but unfortunately my credit isn't good enough, this was july 11-12, then july 28 i received an email fro I have contacted them hoping to get a vehicle but unfortunately my credit isn't good enough, this was july 11-12, then july 28 i received an email from equifax (i have a subscription) saying that Kia West Edmonton did another credit check on me, i talked to equifax so i could verify if it is correct and they said that someone did pull my credit from the dealership. There's already more than 14 day difference from the initial check so this would hit my credit score. I talked to Kia west edmonton and they said no one did a credit check. Don't get me wrong, the people who I talked to here before are really nice and I still want to get a vehicle in the future. More

SHE IS INSISTING WE SHOULD DO SERVICE NO. 4 OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT DOING CHANGE OIL EVEN WE SAID THAT WE WILL DO IT NEXT TIME DUE TO NO BUDGET, BUT SHE DONT REALLY LISTEN AND NO CONCERN TO THE CLIENTS. If I am her manager, I will probably fire her due to much trouble causing to the clients and put KIA to a low rating. I even talk to Facebook KIA owner which they have the same experience with her rudeness. Hoping this will be a wakeup call to the management. More

Back after 10 days - Incorrect Assessment of Engine Light I took my Kia Rondo in to have the engine light assessed. I received a call indicating that the issue was dirty injectors and a loose intake hose. T I took my Kia Rondo in to have the engine light assessed. I received a call indicating that the issue was dirty injectors and a loose intake hose. That service had been completed 15K prior, but given that they had assessed the engine light code and determined that the injectors and hose were the problem, I gave them the green light to proceed. 10 days later the light went back on and I went in to have it assessed again. Upon inspection they found that the mass airflow sensor was the issue in addition to an after market K&N air filter which was installed properly and running perfectly. So, the first time I ended up paying for a recommended service that cost me $450 because whoever inspected my vehicle wasn't able to find the root of the problem. When I questioned the reason for paying $450 for something that wasn't the issue I was told that it was a service that they recommend after 36K. I paid $450 for a recommended service! One that I would not have proceeded with had I known that that wasn't the issue! So now I am out $450. The manager kept saying that it was a recommended service but did not acknowledge the fact that I wouldn't have proceeded with a recommended service knowing that it had just been performed quite recently. He took no accountability that it was an error. No apology for their mistake. I get that it may happen, but own up to it and make it up to the customer. The real problem ended up costing us another $300. How are we supposed to have any trust in this service centre? People are paying premium prices at the dealership and the fact that there is a lack of accountability and poor judgment is very concerning. Needless to say we'll be looking elsewhere next time so that we don't get robbed of our hard earned dollars again. One last point about Natasha at the front counter. On a scale of 1 to 10. She comes in at 1 the most. Her service was terrible, she was rude, unaccommodating and had quite the attitude. She also insisted that the filter had been thrown out - in fact she 'guaranteed' it was. I ended up finding it in the vehicle and wish I would have seen it when I was heading out...would have loved to hear what she had to say. More

I had the vehicle shipped to me and it came exactly as I am from northern Ontario and purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento EX V6 from Kia West Edmonton. I had the vehicle shipped to me and it came exactly as described; it came with a block heater, full tank of gas, cleaned, and ready to drive. My wife and I were very pleased. My advise is that if you are buying and negotiating over the phone, I strongly advise you to deal with Paul Rizzi as he can get the job done. He is very professional and very easy to deal with.. I would buy another vehicle from Paul again in a heartbeat. More
