WARNING REGARDING EXTENDED WARRENTY No matter what always make sure you read and re read your extended warranty package or better yet just do not bother buying one!!! they are a rip off! No matter what always make sure you read and re read your extended warranty package or better yet just do not bother buying one!!! they are a rip off!! we were to have extended warranty after the 5 years factory warranty was up but they gave us the wrong warranty which was warranty on warranty we already had!!! which started at 60,000kms and was up in march 2017 when my factory warranty was not up until July 2017!!! go figure who would spend money on something you already had makes no sense to me the people were so nice and friendly and talkative that when we were reading through we must not even noticed what we were signing big mistake maybe even take forms home before you sign then and be sure to read the fine print cause we just gave them over 2000.00 for nothing!! if I would have known my warranty was coming to a end better yet was coming to a end before my factory warranty was up then I would have got my vehicle all checked out before hand but I was lead to believe that I had bought EXTENDED WARRENTY not warranty on warranty how stupid!!!!!!!! other then that the dealership was amazing as I said a little to nice and I never read the stuff because I just put myself in there hands and trusted everything they were saying to me as I should be able to but do not be naive!! READ don't trust! Sadly...... More

Response was "we are working,on a quote and would like to call you", and asked for my telephone number. Advised I would prefer emailed quote as per my original request. Never did receive a written price quote. Had this experience before with this dealership. Seems they to want to only quote verbally by phone, not in writing. Have booked with another Kia Dealer who quoted in writing for the same service. More

Best Dealership to date I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to I bought an Acura MDX after purchasing my Kia Sorrento from GoAuto in Leduc, I only had the car for 9 months as it was issue after issue so I came to this dealership after my co-worker Morgan recommended it to me! Coming in, the experience was much different than the GoAuto dealership as this one is family owned and they seem to actually care about their customers. Aleksie gave me double (or more) what my Kia was worth as it was banged up and not even I would buy it. Matt showed me all the specs of the car when I bought it and any questions I had, Aleksie was happy to answer not only on the phone but took the time to also show me IN PERSON! I'm soon coming in with my boyfriend as he is looking to upgrade his car and this is the only place I would go after my experience, Really good people here folks! :) More

My experience purchasing my car was great, from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out of there super excited. Kris gave me a variety of vehicles to look at that would be within my budget and that were suitable for me. I went for a couple test drives and Mike was so great telling me about the features etc. He made sure when I picked it up that I knew where everything was in the car and I was all set. It made me feel really good that they took such good care of me. I will be telling everyone to go there for a vehicle. I thank them for all their help and making my big purchase a fabulous experience. Thanks guys! More

Unauthorized Credit Check I have contacted them hoping to get a vehicle but unfortunately my credit isn't good enough, this was july 11-12, then july 28 i received an email fro I have contacted them hoping to get a vehicle but unfortunately my credit isn't good enough, this was july 11-12, then july 28 i received an email from equifax (i have a subscription) saying that Kia West Edmonton did another credit check on me, i talked to equifax so i could verify if it is correct and they said that someone did pull my credit from the dealership. There's already more than 14 day difference from the initial check so this would hit my credit score. I talked to Kia west edmonton and they said no one did a credit check. Don't get me wrong, the people who I talked to here before are really nice and I still want to get a vehicle in the future. More

She's rude and unprofessional, she had an attitude like she owns the company and dont even listen to what we are saying. SHE IS INSISTING WE SHOULD DO SERVICE NO. 4 OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT DOING CHANGE OIL EVEN WE SAID THAT WE WILL DO IT NEXT TIME DUE TO NO BUDGET, BUT SHE DONT REALLY LISTEN AND NO CONCERN TO THE CLIENTS. If I am her manager, I will probably fire her due to much trouble causing to the clients and put KIA to a low rating. I even talk to Facebook KIA owner which they have the same experience with her rudeness. Hoping this will be a wakeup call to the management. More
