Bought a vehicle from them and within a month it's been back for work twice with over 3k in work that needs to be done yet. Of course none of this was covered under the warranty we bought. They "forgot" to give us the mechanical report, and after a month of asking for it we still have not received it. Keep getting brushed off now that they have our money. Nothing but issues with the vehicle. We were even allowed to take it to a more local dealership (fort saskatchewan river valley dodge) because it is owned by the same person/family. They didn't do the second opinion inspection and report that we had asked for either. Shady people, shady owner. Would never recommend to anyone. Do Not give these awful businesses your money. More

Worst dealership I have dealt with! Went to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership and during negotiations they were non-compliant with AMVIC all-in pricing legislation and when called on it, they rescinded any offers as the vehicles ha during negotiations they were non-compliant with AMVIC all-in pricing legislation and when called on it, they rescinded any offers as the vehicles had suddenly sold. After expressing frustration to the general manager, and him stating that AMVIC only applied to completed purchases, we decided to leave given the continued dishonesty. Formal complaints have been submitted to both AMVIC and Kia Canada die to the experience with this dealer. I wish we would have looked at more reviews for this dealer as their reputation seems to align with our experience. More

They surreptitiously duped my wife out of $2500 on an agreed upon trade-in price, and hitch installation on our new Telluride.
