I had a very disappointing experience at Kia West Edmonton with the finance department and management. During my visit, I was asked to sign several documents related to financing without proper ex Edmonton with the finance department and management. After that, I requested copies of all the documents I signed, including the finance agreement and bill of sale, but I still have not received them even after emailing the dealership. Yesterday I also went with a friend to discuss the situation, and the interaction with the manager Dimetre was very disappointing. The way he spoke was unprofessional and not respectful. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or helping us understand the documents, the conversation felt dismissive and focused only on closing the deal. When customers sign financial agreements, they deserve transparency, clear explanations, and copies of their paperwork. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that level of professionalism. I hope the dealership management improves customer service and communication so other customers do not face the same experience. More
