Eventhough the purchase process went smooth; the service department is not fairing out very well. I have had to bring in my vehicle twice for servicing to address electronic concerns and both times they co department is not fairing out very well. I have had to bring in my vehicle twice for servicing to address electronic concerns and both times they could not find the problem, which I understand may be difficult. However on both occasions my vehicle was retuned to me dirty and nobody would return my call when I called to voice my concern. I had to walk into the dealership to actually have someone speak to me. Yesterday I called to re-schedule a appointment and left them a voice message; 24 hours later nobody has returned my call. I had to call back and leave another voice message. To date, their service department is not rated very high and I will start to take my servicing to another KIA dealership. More

We are located in Calgary so the sales process was not in person. The original confirmation with the sales person confirmed it was a certified pre-owned with warranty. Once the price negotiations were done and agreed then the manager said it did not include the certified pre-owned and we would have to pay extra for this. This was the complete opposite of what was already negotiated and agreed to. We ended up purchasing the vehicle in the end and brought it to Calgary. If the vehicle was cleaned it was done very poorly as many of the buttons and console were covered in a sticky substance and my young child found a used vape pen in one of the pockets of the back seat. The car was to include floor mats that were shown in the pictures which ended up being a much lower quality than was agreed to. It was also to include all season tires which were said to still have "lots of life" only to find out they were winter tires that had no life left. As a result we had to buy new tires right away as an additional cost. The car was obviously not inspected at all before it was sold as it also needed an immediate oil change, the horn was not working, and the Air Conditioning was also not working. We were able to take it to a trusted Kia dealership in Calgary to get these fixed. We tried to call and email West Edmonton Kia multiple times including emails directly to the sales person (Ryan) advising of the issues and asking for a copy of the inspection report so we could see what was inspected. After many attempts we have still had no responses to any of the emails or phone calls from anyone at West Edmonton Kia. We were extremely excited to get a KIA for a while and this experience has completely turned me off of this brand of car. Kia West Edmonton has proven to be extremely dishonest and not accountable at all to the service or sales to their clients. I would highly suggest if you are looking for a KIA that you visit and purchase the vehicle from a different dealership, and stay away from West Edmonton Kia. More
