Perfection When I walked to the Kia dealership on hunt club last month, I wanted to look at a used car but I was a day too late the car was already sold. I was disapointed that the car was gone, I was about to leave.Eli asked me to sit down with him on his desk for few minutes before I leave, so I sat down and he started asking me questions regarding the ideal car for me. At the beginning I was getting inpatient and I wanted to leave knowing that the car I wanted was already sold. Eli look at me,he told me ''madam pls give me a chance I promise it won't be a waste of time''.Until this day, I am still in shock of how Eli was able to be calm and patient with me during the whole process and he was able to find me a car the same day that I really liked. Amazing! This was my first car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I didn't know much about Kia. I walked in and was pleasantly This was my first car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since I didn't know much about Kia. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. I stated I was here to look at a new car. the lady at the front promptly called for a sales rep and I was introduced to Eli Farah. We hit it off right away. I told him what I wanted, what I was looking for and he said whatever I wanted he would make it work. Eli treated me not as a customer but a friend. He was honest, trustworthy and I felt he truly cared what I wanted. Needless to say I walked out with a new Optima Kia. I am very happy with the car and the staff that helped make it work. First car I was nervous about buying my first car, but Eli did a great job with the sale. very bad experience, wrong commitment One week ago we got a car from them and they committed they will take care of any problem till a month. The front wheel of the car was making noises when we went back to them they said its transmission problem and sent us to Toyota dealership. At the dealership they stated its in the tire not the transmission. We again went back to them they say we don't care for a tire we can change it, for one tire we wont take a bad name but they said first you go to another Toyota dealership may be they will help you again they said the same this its in tire. Now the manger at Hunt club Kia says we cannot do anything you don't have anything in written he made false commitment. I will never recommend anyone to go to them they will not understand your problem. More
