Totally Awesome Experience with Chad Olexin 5 star rating due to the honesty of Chad Olexin and Kentwood Ford in Edmonton. I was shopping for a used Ford F 150 4X4. After 3 months of shopping and numerous fails with buying both privately and from other dealerships it was refreshing to talk to an educated salesman like Chad. He definitely knows his vehicles and was patient with me, totally honest about the vehicle and a true gentleman to deal with. I will be back at that dealership when I look for another vehicle. More

Seamless purchase We bought a used 2014 F-150 from Wayne. The overall process was really easy. Most of the deal was done over the phone. I called blindly and luckily got Wayne at Kentwood Ford. I told him what in wanted and my overall budget. Wayne found me my truck with 10-15 minuets and called back right way. Not only was the purchase with Wayne great it was all of the little things. He flat out offered us a loaner vehicle while the truck was being cleaned and some other items installed. I know this isn’t a huge deal but if whenever we were dealing with other dealerships we would have to ask or sometimes even beg. Not with Wayne. He just gave us a loaner with a full tank of gas. He even offered to bring my truck to my house when it was ready. Great customer service and a so much easier than any other vehicle purchase we’ve ever made. When we are ready for another vehicle we will be giving Wayne the first call! More

Damage to our truck during service! We took our truck there for an oil change, which took them a week to do. Not only is that a ridiculous amount of time to take to do an oil change, whi We took our truck there for an oil change, which took them a week to do. Not only is that a ridiculous amount of time to take to do an oil change, while the truck was in their care, there was damage caused to the front bumper, in which they are refusing to repair or pay for. Definitely not happy with their service and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else! More

He didn't disregard our feelings and try to put us in a vehicle we didn't want or couldn't afford. He started off interviewing us on the phone and made it even easier for me (a mom of toddler twins) by communicating over text. He did his homework so that when we showed up the next day, he could present us with our options. He never said what we could and couldn't do and was supportive and agreeable the entire time. Unlike previously, I felt like he was indeed trying to help us find a way out of our difficult situation. We need more people who listen in the service industry, like Wayne, rather than try to sell you their best interest. Thank you, Wayne. More

Everything went excellent! I was looking for a pre owned truck. Wayne showed me around the lot but we did not find what I was looking for. With the shortage of the kind of t I was looking for a pre owned truck. Wayne showed me around the lot but we did not find what I was looking for. With the shortage of the kind of truck I was looking for used, we had a look at what is available on the new vehicle lot. With current Ford incentive it was only marginally more to purchase a new 2017 truck. Wayne forwarded me to the new car dealership, where I found the truck I wanted.. Although Wayne workex at the used dealership, he still made sure I was happy and treated well. At the end Wayne did the delivery. I am a happy customer and can highly recommend dealing with Wayne. As soon as I reached 90 km/h I realized that service department I left me something extra .A brand new vibration that allows me and my family the ability to warble our voices while travelling at highway speeds thanks Kentwood Ford, I mean it has 8700km/h and all you had to really do was change the oil and rotate the tires. Almost took it back there to resolve the problem, but when no one seem to care even when I left message for Kelly "the asst. service manager" Common sense kicked in and rescheduled at a different dealership. My hope is that they do their jobs with integrity. More
