Amazing service and amazing people I bought my very first car from the Kentwood Used Dealership in March. Not only was it a GREAT deal, but they have such an amazing group of staff. He was kind and always smiling, and wasn’t one of those pushy guys. Neil and Luis walked me through everything and made t super easy to understand what I was getting into when it came to payments and warranty. When something wasn’t working right in my car, the service department was AMAZING! It was Easter weekend and they someone come and pick my car up on Saturday, no problem. They fixed everything super fast and she was ready Monday afternoon. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Kentwood Used/New to anyone. More
