Strong sales team First time purchased of my new ford ecsape. Asa made the transition very comfortable and no pressure was involved like other dealerships. They make a flat commission which means any car I pick they’re making the same. I feel like that sets Kentwood Ford aside from other ford dealership. I will be doing my servicing here as well since I have heard from relatives their service department is great. More
