I’ve had a very negative experience with this dealership, since purchasing my car less than 2 months ago. The sales manager has been superficial, at best; condescending when dealing with my questions and con since purchasing my car less than 2 months ago. The sales associates were very unprofessional, while we waited for the completion of the sale. They sold the car, saying it had full inspection, yet an interior light was burnt out and both key fobs had low batteries and they did not disclose a giant deep scratch along the driver’s side. Less than 2 months from purchasing the car, the Charging System Malfunction indicator came on my car, requiring me to tow my car back to go auto , due to a broken drive belt. I contacted the Sales Manager re: same and my concerns. I was informed I had warranty, but that I’d have to pay a “$200 deductible”. When I brought up that perhaps that should be waived, if Go Auto wanted to back up its products. I felt that the response from him was highly condescending. Unwilling to back up the product they had just sold to me. The service department has been the only positive in my experience with Go Auto. I HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else to purchase a car. Go Auto fell well below expectations, both in professionalism and accountability. More
