Not taking responsabilities My 2015 (less than 3 years) Mazda 3 started rusting under the rear plate due to improper installation of the license plate. The license plate is vib My 2015 (less than 3 years) Mazda 3 started rusting under the rear plate due to improper installation of the license plate. The license plate is vibrating and damaging the paint underneath, thus the car started rusting. The dealership sent the request to Mazda to see if they are covering the cost even-though the paint is clearly damaged by the paint. For me it is not important who would cover the cost but the explanation I got from the service manager is laughable: (paraphrasing) "I cannot take responsibilities on how the plate is installed because I wasn't with the dealership at the time". Maybe it is just me but I would expect that I'm buying from the dealership not a person, thus the dealership would cover the cost. In addition there was a recall on parking brake, one of symptoms is that brake is not releasing properly. Likely that cause that both pads and rotor are gone, and need replacement. the dealership doesn't want to cover the cost. More

Alex was great with communicating as I was in school and busy and didn't bombard me with calls and emails like every other dealership did. Terrible Brought my car in for service complaining that the front struts were noisy. Service staff claimed that they could not identify any leaks or problems w Brought my car in for service complaining that the front struts were noisy. Service staff claimed that they could not identify any leaks or problems with the stabiliser bars and that the noise was predominately coming from the rear. Suggested change all 4 struts. Went ahead with rear repair. Drove away with same noise. Two days later brought to dealer across town and service staff told me the front struts were leaking and stabiliser bars needed changing. More
