I have been chasing down info for a month. I wondered how other people felt over this dealership and i should read previous reviews as they all say the same thing . Dont just look at the good reviews of customers with great credit that would have gotten a vehicle no matter what dealership they picked . Look at the little guys where some effort has to be put in they are your true reviewers . This dealer sucks and if they want to claim they and magic mike can do anything then they should at least beable to produce results or at least dont make the customer sit in limbo begging them to make money tbis place will be on my never touch it with a 10 foot pole list . Manipulative sales mgr Wife wanted to trade 2015 27000 km Renegade LTD....every option (had every option available at time...$43000+ original purchase) on 2018 Compass Foun Wife wanted to trade 2015 27000 km Renegade LTD....every option (had every option available at time...$43000+ original purchase) on 2018 Compass Found vehicle at sales event Jan 18 in Aberdeen Mall Kamloops agreed on price/trade in etc Went to main office east of town....sat for 2+ hours while jockeyed around with sales/finance/mgr Vehicle wife wanted ended up sold to other customer....(2 hours after deal was agreed upon)....guess other client offered more! Wife was told they needed another $4000 to do deal....we walked!!! I was also very serious about a used $25000 Hundai they had on lot.... WE WALKED!!!! More

Will do anything to rip you off We purchased a vehicle here two years ago we had a somewhat okay experience it was more so the representative that was The Helpful one. We recently went back to get another vehicle in hopes that we would have the same person but they had left this business. With someone else and the manager for the most part when it came down to it they were going to give us 25% of what we paid for our vehicle two years ago. Anywhere else in town was willing to give us at least $5,000 more than what they were and we were purchasing a brand new vehicle. Then as we decided not to do it because the cost was atrocious we tried to leave when the manager came out and stood in front of our door so we could not close it well my children were screaming in the back of the vehicle telling us that our vehicle is going to have major problems soon and it would be a wise decision to trade it in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they are by far the worst in town. All they care about is their bottom line and that is making money. More

Ripoff place Had to get a problem fixed that previously needed fixing. They treated me like I was stupid and lied to me several times about why it was my fault. E.g. I was told that I wouldn't have this problem if I drove well over the speed limit. I have been here previously and spent a lot of cash here but this is the last time. Will not return and will recommend to other people to go elsewhere. More

Excellent Service I have been to other Dodge dealers and was never even acknowledged, I felt like I was being herded. I have been going to Kamloops Dodge for awhile n I have been to other Dodge dealers and was never even acknowledged, I felt like I was being herded. I have been going to Kamloops Dodge for awhile now & have always been acknowledged, offered coffee etc...the customer service is amazing. Each time I bring my Ram in for pre-maintenance service or oil changes they have always taken the time to explain things to me in detail, including the Service Manager, mechanic & front desk staff. If its going to take awhile they offer to drive me home & pick me up. Even though these Rams are amazing trucks they do cost money to maintain & I've had a couple of big bills which they gave me a discount on some of thework which is always a nice bonus. All the staff are very friendly & take the time to entertain me which is not their job. Great experience! More
