Surprisingly Great Experience I've brought my jeep here for years because I'm a strong believer in taking my vehicle to the dealer for all repairs and maintenance. Although I've ha I've brought my jeep here for years because I'm a strong believer in taking my vehicle to the dealer for all repairs and maintenance. Although I've had some 3/5 service here before, my last visit was a complete 180. I was surprised at how well i was taken care of this time around. It's clear management or something has changed. Everyone was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Every concern i had with my jeep was addressed and all repairs done were explained to me in detail. I had such an amazing experience that i will definitely continue to bring my jeep here and recommend that everyone brings their vehicle here for service and repairs! You won't be disappointed! More

Fantastic service and knowledgeable techs. I had a strange noise in my car the day before I was going on a road trip. Worried. I brought my car into kamloops dodge. Right away the guy at the c I had a strange noise in my car the day before I was going on a road trip. Worried. I brought my car into kamloops dodge. Right away the guy at the counter called a mechanic from the back out to go on a road test with me. This guy drove my car with me and heard the noise, and right away he figured he knew what it was. . That shuttle van dropped me off at a restaurant so I could have a nice lunch and picked me up when I was done. My car was finished before I got back. It was all fixed under warranty at no cost to me. I drove away with a smile and a nice quiet car. Thanks guys. I'll be back. More

Absolutely terrible customer service We went in for a quick issue, simply a hole in our tire. We had an appt for 11am, arrived 10 minutes early. Got in and waited for 45m and our vehicle We went in for a quick issue, simply a hole in our tire. We had an appt for 11am, arrived 10 minutes early. Got in and waited for 45m and our vehicle sat in the parking lot the entire time. No one came to communicate they were behind or anything. We were very frustrated as we saw a truck arrive 20m after we did and his truck got taken in before us while we had an appt for 11 and were still waiting. We went to the desk to see how much longer it would be and when we got there the lady said it would be a while longer before they even got our vehicle in the shop. We said no unfortunately we will go somewhere because we had an appt for 11 and we weren’t going to wait for several hours for them to even take a look at our vehicle. We brought it to their attention that another vehicle that arrived 20m after us got in before us and an elderly man working there intruded upon the conversation and rudely commented “ well that’s a different guy, he just needs a decal”. We took our keys and left. I told them that when I have an appt I expect to be in by that time, not waiting 45m and have someone else be let in front of us. I would never recommend going to this place as making an appt means nothing since they will let others go in front of you and treat you like you and your time doesn’t matter. More

Quick and amazing service Ive been to 9 dealerships across 3 provinces in the last 5 years and I have to give a shout out to Kamloops Dodge and their service department. Ive be Ive been to 9 dealerships across 3 provinces in the last 5 years and I have to give a shout out to Kamloops Dodge and their service department. Ive been to them twice for warrenty work. Lanny MacLean has been my advisor both times. Hes very friendly and helpful and makes the whole experience of having a vehicle in for work easy and almost enjoyable. He really does what ever it takes to treat his customers the best he can. Dropped my truck off in the morning and it was done by 11am. On top of the quick turn around they also washed my truck. None of the other dealerships i have been to have taken the time to do that. I cant recommend Kamloops Dodge enough. More
