I had a budget and they tried to work very hard to meet me. It turned out a bit more as I would like to have a block heater. I wanted a new car as I did not want any problems in the future. I did have a Hyundai once before and other than brakes it was an excellent car. More

Very poor customer experience - Will not be back! I have had to submit a claim to the VSA after my vehicle purchase on March 9th. Although friendly, the service department is not exactly after your b I have had to submit a claim to the VSA after my vehicle purchase on March 9th. Although friendly, the service department is not exactly after your best interests. I just had to go back because the (supposedly good)summer tires that were offered when I purchased my vehicle are quite low tread - a lot more wear than expected, and a lot of wear on the inside of the tire because of the alignment being off. Hyundai told me to bring my vehicle in to check the alignment, and in doing so found that my vehicle needed the coil spring replaced - which was covered under a warranty because the vehicle had a recall on it. Why were neither of these things noticed during the routine SAFETY inspection? Because they half assed it. They got my money, what did they care? I was told by service staff at this location also that the tire was unrepairable and then suddenly when I'm angry its repairable. With their lack of care for my safety, I am unsure of how safe this will be so I'm definitely going to have to buy new summer tires because of this. I for sure will not be going to Hyundai for anything service related after this. I'm so disappointed as this was my first dealership experience. What an experience, indeed. More
