So I just purchased a 2013 F350 from Myah . I can not say enough good things about my experience . Bought a car there, they damaged paint and said no problem we will take care of it. I got call this morning that they have washed their hands of me after a long goose chase of dealing with people.Bran problem we will take care of it. I got call this morning that they have washed their hands of me after a long goose chase of dealing with people.Brand new 2025 CRV Hybrid with under 10000 kms and extended warrantee, has a paint bubble in door panel from assembly line and scratches in the paint throughout from them washing it. They acknowledged it at time of washing but have tried to pass on to Island Honda in Courtney where I moved too. Tyson Schwarz who hides behind his answering machine is who I dealt with and is a snake in my opinion. I would never ever bye a vehicle let alone have them work on my car after my experience there. Im staring the next part of this xxxxty deal by contacting someone at Honda that can help me , keep you posted. More

Our family has boughten a combined 10 cars from this Honda dealership. When I went to take my car in they broke a piece off and claimed I needed to fix it. It was a 15 dollar part and they said I nee Honda dealership. When I went to take my car in they broke a piece off and claimed I needed to fix it. It was a 15 dollar part and they said I needed to spend 250 to replace it. When I questioned why, if it broke in their possession I had to pay for it, to the service manager Tyson he laughed at me. He said he wasn’t paying for the labour of replacing that. As a woman to be laughed at by a man when you question something is so upsetting. When my husband went in asking to speak to the manager as I was so upset..No manager would come out. I advise no one to use this Honda. I have had 20+ woman reach out to me about their experience with this Honda specifically the service manager Tyson. Many of them leaving in tears. Was 250 dollars worth losing a valuable costumer? Do you just go breaking parts off cars telling the costumer they now need to replace it and profit off of it? It was so disheartening. I hope no one has to experience what I went through. This will stick with me for a long time. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never use Kamloops Honda More

ALMOST GOT INTO A FIST FIGHT WITH TROY . Bought a RAV4 from Kamloops Honda . Went back to see finance person to payout the loan. He told me I couldn't pay it out for 6 months , I informed hi Bought a RAV4 from Kamloops Honda . Went back to see finance person to payout the loan. He told me I couldn't pay it out for 6 months , I informed him on my contract it said I could pay it any time no penalty. He then said I had to make frist payment before I could pay it out . I went to talk to TROY the manager . He walked into his office ,I followed . I closed the door behind us . He lost his mind started yelling " open that door ,this is my office and I want the door open " . I said " I want the door closed to discuss my financial information " . He lost it even worse " THIS IS MY OFFICE AND MY GOD DAM DOOR AND YOU WILL OPEN THAT DOOR " ((He was so mad I believe if I would have done anything but open the door there would have fist fight ) I opened door. Had a short talk about my situation, which he said he would do nothing . I thanked him for his time . I went home called the financial company and in 5 minutes had my loan paid out . More
