Great Experience All Around!!! Hands down a great store with great people. Daren Rodillas & Mike on the sales floor, Doug and Anna in Finance, Andrew the GSM are all wicked people. Had a wicked experience due to these guys going above and beyond to make my wife happy with a new ride! This is a no-nonsense dealership, take it from a guy that spent 10 years in this business! I took my vehicle home dirty due to a time crunch on our part, when I got home, washed it, and discovered minor damage, Doug in Finance instructed me to get it fixed and send the bill! That's awesome! More

Great place to test drive, but terrible purchasing process This is a great place to go and test drive vehicles as the atmosphere is free from any sales pressure, however if you’re looking to actually buy a veh This is a great place to go and test drive vehicles as the atmosphere is free from any sales pressure, however if you’re looking to actually buy a vehicle, there are plenty of better dealership that offer a smoother sales process without wasting your time. Also do not bother asking any technical questions to the sales associate as they will either make up an answer or not know the correct answer (This was for about 90% of our questions). After test driving a vehicle and speaking to the sales manager and sales associate, we decided to put in an offer (which was quite fair considering we were looking at a new vehicle, albeit it was a prior year model). Once we told them our offer, rather than ‘getting down to business,’ we were asked to leave our phone number and the sales manager would call us back in a few hours to see whether they would accept it. The sales associated called us back 2 hours after we left with a counter offer and that they had more information for us. We went back to the dealership and they showed us the Toyota.ca website MSRP. The counter offer was the MSRP. Keep in mind this was March of 2017, and the sales associate was trying to sell us a 2016 model vehicle for almost the same price as a 2017 (they offered a $300 discount because it was the prior year model). We quickly realized that their ‘competitive pricing’ is a gimmick. After about 30 minutes, we had enough of the typical sales tactics and decided to move on to another dealership. To put some perspective on our offer, the next dealership we went to had a 2017 model vehicle and when we put in our offer (which was the exact same offer as we made for the 2016 at Jim Pattison), they immediately took the offer without hesitation. We were able to pick up the vehicle the next day. In the end, we received a 2017 vehicle at a lower price than Jim Pattison tried selling us a 2016. Overall, it’s a great place to go and buy cars at MSRP (although for anyone that has bought a car…they know you never pay MSRP). Otherwise, it’s also a great place to browse for cars and ‘kick the tires’ but move onto nearby dealerships for the actual purchase so that you don’t waste your time. More

Liar Liar I came to this dealership completely prepared to purchase a higher end Tundra, Daren was the salesman who I dealt with, and our conversation quickly d I came to this dealership completely prepared to purchase a higher end Tundra, Daren was the salesman who I dealt with, and our conversation quickly declined when I called him on not just one, two, or even three lies.... but more. Frustrated I then dealt with a sales manager, Andrew, who was a little less blatten with his deception. I was told that the model of truck that I wanted was "not available in Canada", then " not available till summer", in an attempt to get me to buy a model they had access to. I contacted Nelson Toyota and spoke to an unusually honest sales associate named , Greg Bishop, who directed me to Vernon Toyota because he knew they had the rare truck to was looking for. As excited as I was about my Tundra TRD Pro double cab...... after some reflection and the absence of pressure , I ended up purchasing the more expensive Tundra TRD Pro crew cab from Nelson Toyota. I feel very good about this purchase and my experience with Nelson Toyota. And imagine that , after being told by Daren at Downtown Toyota, that Nelson Toyota was sold out of Tundra More

Excellent purchase from an out of towner!! After searching locally here in Ottawa for a specific car we finally found the vehicle we were looking for at Jim Pattison Toyota downtown location. I contacted Brian Homeniuk the sales rep and he was outstanding!! Stellar customer service, as he was my eyes for looking over the car and assuring me it was in mint condition. Brian got back to me immediately with all my queries and even came in on his day off to meet my wife to "sign the papers" Special mention as well to Andrew Fallows for giving us the PST exemption right away! Looking forward to actually seeing the car delivered in to my laneway here in Ottawa! Working with Chris Graham at JP Toyota Downtown was a God send. With a minimal amount of fuss we were presented very competitive pricing (compared to other dealerships) resulting in a surprisingly swift and stress free purchase experience. Its been a month since we purchased the Rav4 and we are still very glad to have worked with Chris. In the future when our friends/family are in the market for car, we plan to help them out by sending them to Chris. More

OUTSTANDING - WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THANK YOU JP I assisted my son in purchasing a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from JP Toyota Downtown. Pricing was very competitive and they were not to be undersold. How I assisted my son in purchasing a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from JP Toyota Downtown. Pricing was very competitive and they were not to be undersold. However this was really secondary to me. This was the 3 rd vehicle I have bought from General Manager Chris Graham and his team. The first two Lexus from JP Lexus North Shore from Chris and now the Tacoma. Trust me not all dealerships are equal. I helped my sister buy a SUV from Kelowna BMW this summer, and it was a nightmare of lies and deceit, price changing, and ego. Very simply I will not shop or go anywhere else but Jim Pattison Group due to Chris Graham who espouses true ethical core values as a GM. Honesty, integrity, respect, and professionalism. I'm going back for another Tacoma next year for my other son and it will be to Chris and JP Toyota. Added bonus was the dealership was super friendly, low key, and clean. The Finance lady, Anna was first class, the alternate Sales Manager, Paul was fantastic going over the Tacoma with us. Finally, I cannot say enough about this dealership and entire Jim Pattison Group of dealers. I proudly recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you again JP and Chris Graham. More
