Not only did the sales representative address all of my questions and needs, the General Service Manager also provided invaluable support, all of which enabled me to quickly and efficiently purchase the exact car that I wanted. They took the time to explain everything from the car specifications to the contractual process. It took only two days to close the deal, from the time I walked in without an appointment and a car for trade-in to driving way in my new car, all of which happened on a holiday weekend. I certainly enjoy the vehicle but what I enjoyed even more was the excellent service. Most of the credit goes to the sales representative, Woodley Belony, who went out of his way to help me through the entire process. He is a credit the Ford Motor Company and the dealership. Sometimes it takes a while but we would rather they take the time to properly service our vehicle rather than rush it, and thats exactly what they do!!! They take the time to do it right!! Having a mechanic who will take time to research your vehicle to make sure they know exactly what is going on is awesome!!! The quick lane is super fast!!! I have never had to wait more than an hour and that is only when I am getting the full maintenance checkup done, soup to nuts!!!! They are courteous and always pay attention to details. More

We had dealt with Rod McLeod four years ago when we bought our Ford truck and had been very impressed with his approach at the time. He listened to our needs. As we had stopped at the Dealer's service department for some information, I expressed the desire to look at a small used car. We had the good fortune that Rod was available. I find him honest, not pushy, but very knowledgeable about the products and he was able to show me the advantages of buying a new Fiesta which I did. This is our 2nd new vehicle we have purchased with him and I must say I have to trouble recommending Rod to my friends and family. I would like to add that the service continues when you visit the Service Department. We can vouch for this as we have had a truck for four years, have always had good service, so I am sure I will be as happy with the Fiesta I just purchased. More
