The worse vehicle purchased on a dealership This is the the first time I purchased from a dealership and this is the most dis-appointment a buyer will ever had. The day I used the car the door would not open after a week shifter won't shift this is a pre-owned 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I don't know how they inspect or check there used vehicle. We just trade the car and loose some money to avoid further problem but when we cancel the insurance they really give us a very hard time in claiming the money that we paid for it. More
