My wife came in with our 2020 Traverse for a headlamp bulb replacement, "after" it was installed the tech told her how much it would cost and then he told her she could get it cheaper from Amazon. Why is this information not given to the customer prior to the work being done?? I'm not impressed with Janzens!! I feel completely ripped off!!! More
