Trouble on way to Windsor On, Service Tom got me Fixed. Service Tom will be forever my Guy. Walked in & said my trouble piece & within a day He knew what the problem was. Tom took me back to service area Service Tom will be forever my Guy. Walked in & said my trouble piece & within a day He knew what the problem was. Tom took me back to service area & met the fellow (Good Guy) working on my Baby. All of Braden Ford people were great with coffee & a beautiful chair plus a plug for my computer to complete the work reports. Being a Long Road Runner gas mileage is a big deal. Driving from Moncton NB the mileage was 17-18PG. Once on the road after Tom & the GOOD FELLOWS got my Baby back together, the gas mileage was High20's to Low22's. The amazing part is my Baby runs at 120-122Kms. To all at Braden Ford VERY BIG THANK YOU with a big Hug. More

Waste of Time I had planned to visit James Braden Ford to look at a specific car they had on their website. I called the dealership to set up an appointment and exp I had planned to visit James Braden Ford to look at a specific car they had on their website. I called the dealership to set up an appointment and explained I live an hour outside of town. They said it wasn't a problem and booked me an appointment for later that day. I called them again before I left letting them know I'm on my way and she said great, the car would be there ready to go when I arrived. I got a call back about 40 minutes later when I was nearly there saying that the car I wanted to look at wasn't at the dealership and was already being inspected by someone else's mechanic, but I could look at their other vehicles instead. So in short I wasted a couple hours of my time for nothing, it's disrespectful and while I don't believe this was anyone in particular's fault, their system could definitely use improvement. I don't see the point in calling ahead if this is how they operate. This experience soured my opinion of the dealership so I don't see myself dealing with them in the future. More
