Extremely Happy!! I went to Braden Ford with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle. Thanks to the help of Tony, Tim and Jay I came out with a new car, a car that I went to Braden Ford with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle. Thanks to the help of Tony, Tim and Jay I came out with a new car, a car that I absolutely love and enjoy driving and at a fair price! Initially Tim sat down with me and listened to what my vehicle wants and needs were. After which Tony spent a great deal of time showing me different vehicles, highlighting the options and differences between each. I test drove a number of such over the course of a few days and during the entire process I never once felt pressured. Once my decision was made I dealt with Jay, and this proved to be another pleasant experience, Jay is very personable, professional and fair. The time came for me to pick up my new wheels and once again I was not disappointed, Tony took the time to explain in detail every feature of my new purchase, he made sure that all of my questions were answered; his attention to detail and his patience is commendable.
