They gained and lost a customer in one breath. The sales representative I dealt with provided false information repeatedly. It’s now clear he would have said anything to secure a sale. His lack of knowledge led to ongoing issues that I am still dealing with, and the moment the sale was completed, communication from the dealership became nearly impossible. There were numerous loose ends that required attention after the sale, but once they had my money, customer service disappeared. I waited two weeks just to hear back from the sales rep. I escalated to the sales manager—another two weeks of waiting. I then escalated to the general manager and still waited yet another week for a response. No urgency, no accountability. It took over a month to receive my deposit back, despite being told it would be refunded immediately once the sale went through. I had to push repeatedly for answers, and even when dealing with the general manager, I was met with vague replies and avoidance of direct questions. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was zero ownership of the dealership’s mistakes—only a hollow “sorry you feel that way” response. This attitude of deflection and lack of integrity seemed to run through all levels, from sales up to management. Due to this experience, I will never buy another vehicle from Land Rover Waterloo and will not even consider servicing my vehicle there. I would rather drive out of town for service than deal with this dealership again. Buyers beware—this is not the level of professionalism or service you should expect from a luxury dealership. Shame on you Land Rover Waterloo. More

I have been dealing with Waterloo Jaguar for 5 years now. Dan and Andre have always been so friendly, professional and honest. Always offering me a loaner vehicle as I live out of town. My last service appo Dan and Andre have always been so friendly, professional and honest. Always offering me a loaner vehicle as I live out of town. My last service appointment took longer then expected. Andre was so kind to offer me to take home a loaner and the next day, he had my car delivered to me. Talk about fabulous service!! Anyone can sell you a car but it’s the service that Dan and Andre offer you that makes you become a repeat customer!! More
3 months to have a brand new car repaired We took delivery of a new I-Pace Dec 24, 2018. Dec 28 it was towed back to the dealership. We were told it was defective switch, then a coupling, th We took delivery of a new I-Pace Dec 24, 2018. Dec 28 it was towed back to the dealership. We were told it was defective switch, then a coupling, then a section of wiring harness, then the entire wiring harness, then it was two different wiring harnesses. We were told the parts would take 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then they had to be custom made. Once they had the parts we were told the service department didn't know how to complete the repair. Staff were polite, but I had to place the calls for updates and frankly, I got pretty tired of the revised stories and delays... There is no reason a brand new car should take 3 months to be repaired - it indicates that Jaguar corporate (in Canada and in England) has no concept of customer service, and are indifferent to their warranties. There is no chance we'll buy the brand again, or the dealership. Buyer beware! More
