I was pretty anxious going into the appointment, I’m not car savvy but Rich and Jeff were helpful every step of the way. They happily answered the questions I had, never made me feel rushed and took their time looking through their vehicle inventory to see what they had to match my needs and wants wish list. After test driving a handful of cars I knew vehicle that brought me to the lot was the one for me. Rich explained the rest of the process to me and made sure I wasn’t left with any lingering questions. I met with Connie next to go over financing and she was fantastic to deal with. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with me! Finally came delivery day and I met with Keith to pickup my new to me vehicle.
