Great experience buying a car in a pinch JP Motors was wonderful with helping my fiancée and I buy a car in a short timeframe. The customer pays when these guys screw up. Bought a 2008 Jeep off of them; noticed during the test drive that there were some watermarks on the inside near the sunroof and asked that they check Bought a 2008 Jeep off of them; noticed during the test drive that there were some watermarks on the inside near the sunroof and asked that they check that during the safety/cleanup (in case it wasn't someone just forgetting to close it and it rained). They didn't bother to look, apparently. We took it home and when it rained, there was moisture inside on the fabric all through the passenger side. Checked it with a nearby dealership and they said significant rust damage and significant repairs needed- this was less than a week after purchasing. Took it back to JP and asked that it be either properly fixed or we want to return it. They are refusing either one. It has been less than 2 weeks and no attempt to make it right. Appalling and am very, very disappointed. We will be pursuing multiple avenues of complaint. More

Tentative Good Review I purchased a Civic today. The process was straightforward and easy. Mike was straightforward and reasonable in terms of what he reccomend for warrant I purchased a Civic today. Great Experience! The first car I ever bought actually was from JP Motors back in 2008 and I recently just bought my second car from JP Motors and Jim Downs was a treme The first car I ever bought actually was from JP Motors back in 2008 and I recently just bought my second car from JP Motors and Jim Downs was a tremendous help. He was great at showing me everything about the cars I was looking at. At one point he drove me over to the other lot to see a car I saw online as it wasn't at 'Lot A'. I was still unsure about which car I wanted, Jim let me take my time and think it over for a night before my final decision. It was a great experience, I'm very happy with the car I'm purchasing and I look forward to my new car! More

I tell with whom I bank and they get me the loan there at a better rate then my bank, incredible eh. More
