In that process I met Alex Lapointe and found him to be a very positive,friendly,and knowledgeable individual.He presented the pros and cons of new vs.used vehicles and gave us numerous options to consider.He was patient and didn't pressure us.In the end we were offered so many incentives that the new vehicle was almost financially comparable to the used one.We purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Tucson GLS and we love it.We look forward to dealing with Hunt Club Hyundai in the future and have no hesitation recommending Alex to anyone wanting a pleasant car shopping experience. I was NOT looking forward to purchasing a new car know what a hassle it was going to be with the "negotiations" and the way that some dealerships treat women. Then I met Alex Lapointe. Great guy, provided amazing customer service, no pressure, polite and wanted my experience at his dealership to be a good one. He also seemed proud of his dealership as well as the Hyundai brand in general. Fantastic attitude - I had just visited a competitor (different brand)and when I left the showroom I turned to my daughter and said that even if I liked the vehicle I would never purchased it from that sale person because of his attitude and rudeness, couldn't give me and my daughter the time of day! I then drove to Hyundai on Hunt Club (my second visit) and cut a deal with Alex. I had a great experience and I love my new Hyundai Tucson GLS FWD - they even found me the color I wanted! It's a great vehicle and owing to the exceptional consumer and safety standards reports, the amazing experience at the dealership and good price, they successfully pulled me from another "H" brand that I've been with for year. We bought our car here and it was because of Marco, that we closed the deal. He was an excellant sales person, knowledgable, helpful, with no pushy tactics like we got from other dealers. We got a good car at a good price, and we left happy./content and the way Marco handled himself with the questions we fired at him. Marco went out of his way, beyond what is required, and I have no problem recommeding him to others. We will refer this dealership and Marco to our family and friends.
