I was NOT looking forward to purchasing a new car know what a hassle it was going to be with the "negotiations" and the way that some dealerships treat women. Then I met Alex Lapointe. Great guy, provided amazing customer service, no pressure, polite and wanted my experience at his dealership to be a good one. He also seemed proud of his dealership as well as the Hyundai brand in general. Fantastic attitude - I had just visited a competitor (different brand)and when I left the showroom I turned to my daughter and said that even if I liked the vehicle I would never purchased it from that sale person because of his attitude and rudeness, couldn't give me and my daughter the time of day! I then drove to Hyundai on Hunt Club (my second visit) and cut a deal with Alex. I had a great experience and I love my new Hyundai Tucson GLS FWD - they even found me the color I wanted! It's a great vehicle and owing to the exceptional consumer and safety standards reports, the amazing experience at the dealership and good price, they successfully pulled me from another "H" brand that I've been with for year. We bought our car here and it was because of Marco, that we closed the deal. He was an excellant sales person, knowledgable, helpful, with no pushy tactics like we got from other dealers. We got a good car at a good price, and we left happy./content and the way Marco handled himself with the questions we fired at him. Marco went out of his way, beyond what is required, and I have no problem recommeding him to others. We will refer this dealership and Marco to our family and friends. Our concerns are the same each time we buy a car. Will our Hyundai dealer give us a good deal, make sure we get what we bargained for and will they take care of us if all xxxx breaks loose (sometimes it does and we never know when this will happen)? Dealing with price is one thing but dealing with the entire relationship we have with Hyundai and the dealer over the years is another…it’s the real deal. We have dealt with Jesse Della Vedova and his Hyundai dealership team for about eight years now. We have purchased a 2004 Tiburon, a 2007 Sonata and a 2012 Elantra. We know what the Hyundai and Hyundai dealership relationship is worth every day we have owned these three cars and they have remained good deals to us. Jesse and his team do everything they can to make certain we are cared for and happy with how the relationship is going. It’s important that our dealer cares about us and our car. We let our Hyundai team know how we are feeling about our cars as time goes by too, they can’t read our minds. They have done a great job for us. I wonder how Hyundai rates us. More
