I brought in an offer from another dealer to Leon. The deal was too good, so he wasn't able to negotiate much off it. He asked me if I would want something else apart from discount. Charbel then took us to see Tim (the Finance guy) we thought this was going to be like going to the dentists office, but it was the total opposite! Once again friendly, took his time explaining everything, made the whole process easy and fun, he was able to get the vehicle in 2 days instead of waiting a week.
