We were greeted by Atheer Norman when we entered the dealership and he professional passed our interests in purchasing a vehicle to Tran Tuan as they are not in a pressure situation to sell. Tran was friendly and provided all information we required. We test drove a 2013 Elantra GL model although we were interested in the GLS model (which was out on a test drive). Tran explained the differences in the GL and the GLS model during the test drive. When we returned to the dealership, we had other appointments to attend. Tran was very accommodating to our schedule and although was not scheduled to work, agreed to return later in the day to allow us to test drive with our children in a GLS model. He had a 6 speed GLS model ready for our test drive and we had the opportunity to check our car seats fit and take our kids for a drive. Trying to purchase a vehicle with a 6 and 4 year old hanging around is not an easy task but Tran made sure the kids were taken care of during the discussions. Tran never pressured us into a number and allowed us to make an offer which I thought was fair and it was accepted by sales manager at the time. The "paper" work experience was one of the most pleasant experience I have ever had in all my car purchases. Johnny Younes was very professional. He presented the options available to us (rust protection, lost keys, tires, etc). At no time was there pressure to purchase and he wanted to make sure we received the coverage we needed.....we were able to design a package which covered our needs for a fair price. The day we picked up the vehicle was another opportunity for the dealership to show us they wanted us to be happy. We noticed something we were not happy with (an oversight on everyone's part) and it was immediately fixed by the service manager Eli Nassrallah. Mr. Nassrallah could have easily said -- "sorry, the deal is done" but he was not going to let us leave the dealership unhappy. He immediately fixed the oversight with an offer which was fair for everyone! I really appreciated this from Mr. Nassrallah I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish.
