I couldn't have been treated any better or fairer by this dealership - especially Jesse. The product speaks for itself - best warranty in the industry and from experience, all I do is add fuel, hence my loyalty to Hyundai. Eric is a very nice young man who knows his business and was easy to deal with. His presentation was very through, he answered all my questions and went to great lengths to expain the vehicle features and the purchase paperwork. My only comment - and this is not a criticism - would be "slow it down Eric, with older people". Us older folk (70+) don't grasp the new fancy technical features as quickly as you young guys. Hope you're both around when the time comes to purchase my next Hyundai. More

Tran has a way of making you feel comfortable. Tran asked leading questions to understand my needs. Tran took the time to understand my issues and put together an offer. With some to and fro negotiations, we reached a great price with Jesse's quick counter offers. Tim took over the file and quickly walked me through the financial arrangements. Tim was very good at building a trusted personal relationship with me. In the past I had service issues with my last car, Tim stepped up and offered to resolve any future issues if they should arise. He has a lot of knowledge and answered all my questions. And I kept flip flopping, left a couple of times and came back. He was patient and understood. There was never any pressure and he just made the overall experience fun. Even now that I have the car, he still keeps in touch...it's just nice! He goes beyond, is personable and honest. But everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Even the finance guy - Ahmed....he was so helpful and had my best interest. This dealership doesn't feel like all the other dealerships. If you are interested in buying Hyundai....I would definitley go here! And the Elantra GT - GLS...totally worth it! I got a great car and a great experience overall! More
