I was initially looking to purchase a used vehicle. Thought I'd step up to an Elantra but secretly always loved the Tuscon. I walked in one Friday evening and walked out having purchased a brand new 2014 Tucson. Hussein was fantastic. He spend quality time (we didn't feel rushed) with us and provided great information with respect to the performance and bells and whistles included in the Tucson. We test drove the vehicle, discussed the price and the rest is history. This is my 3rd Hyundai and I anticipate any car purchases in the future will be Hyundai. Well done and a special thanks to Hussein. What a pleasure working with him. More

A great all-around experience Marco was my sales rep. He is very personable and definitely knows the ins and outs of the vehicles from all things mechanical to all things electric Marco was my sales rep. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend contacting Marco for the best sales experience and support during the purchase process. Tony help me a lot to address that issue even though he is very busy at that time. he drove me to the bank and help me out when I need help. He did extra work what is not typically within this duties. I am appreciate for his help. one thing I am not satisfied is for the service after sales. I was just oral told once my car is sold to me, your dealership will not in charge of it any longer. however, I need a official rule of your dealership about after sales service, which should well explain in which case, my car can be repaired or in any case, my can cannot be repaired. I need to be told, for example, is list in xxx page of the contract. if will be better I was provided a choice for after sales service. for example, if I can pay less money to fix any issue which is not caused by me. some dealership can provide pretty good service after sales. no service is not "the common sense". it will confuse me. I will tell good and bad thing to my friend when they want to have advice for hunt club Hyundai. considering tony helped me a lot, I give all five. but even though it is all five, you could do better to have more customers or more old customers. best regards yang More
terrible service First I would like to say the sales team was great but the service department is a nightmare to deal with. Do not buy the pre paid oil package unless you like having to make your appointments more than a week in advance and waiting more than an hour just to change your oil. I also made the mistake of buying the extended warranty which had a limited tire warranty. My tire developed a bulge at about 5000 km so when I took it in to have the oil changed I asked if it was covered under warranty, I was informed that it was covered under a third party warranty policy so I would have to buy the tire up front and then the warranty company would contact me and send me a cheque. I took my car in for more warranty work a couple of weeks later and I asked the service desk what the time frame for being contacted by the warranty company is and I was told I would have to look through my sales paperwork to find out which company covered the tire even though it was the same service desk that submitted the claim. It has now been more than four weeks and I have not been contacted. I called and left a message with the warranty office two days ago and no one can even be bothered to return my phone call. Again I would like to say that the sales team was great but the service department leaves much to be desired. It is unorganized and seems inept to deal with warranty issues. If I could go back in time I would have avoided any extended warranty and the prep paid oil package. More

Not often you can put those words together but that's what Houssein and Atheer were. They set out to win my business not just with price but with a total package of help. They made the whole deal fun but whenever there was an issue to be solved they got to it. As I said in the header. "It doesn't get better than this." More
