He was soft spoken and took the time to answer all our questions and explain some of the features of the SUV even though at the time we were not planing on purchasing one just yet. He kept us apprised of the lending rates as June rolled into July and I was grateful that when he called, it didn't feel like he was trying to solicit me. When we did go in with the intention of purchasing the SUV in mid to late July, I was also very impressed with his customer service and character as an individual when I made a less than plausible offer (in truth I didn't think about it before I mentioned it). He didn't say anything negative and he didn't give me the usual banter that you'd expect to receive in such a situation. He did the math in front of us, which made us see and made us realize that our offer was impossible. In the end I feel I did get a pretty good deal and was very happy with the whole process. Overall, my experiences with Amin and the Team at the Hunt Club dealership have thus far been exceptional and unlike any other car buying experience I've EVER had in the past. More

I was never told to bring a void cheque which I had to go to the nearest bank to pick one up (during rush hour). He also did not properly complete my bank loan which I had to go to my branch to give them the information required so I can view it online. Overall I was pleased with the dealership. More

Two thumbs up I was very nervous to go into the dealership as a women you hear stories about how "they see you coming a mile away and can see the dollar signs". What an amazing experience I had with Vince who put me at ease right away and walk me thru the process. I was able to get an amazing deal for my new 2014 Red Hyundai. I just love the new car and my daughter is so happy. Vince helped us with what we might want in the new vehicle and could not have been more patient with us. When I picked my car Vince went over all of the new features with me (my old Hyundai didn't have alot of the features) and he even washed my old license plate. I didn't have my phone with me however Vince said "no problem" come back and I will help with the set up of your bluetooth. This is customer service at it's best. If/when I need another vehicle I will be going back to Vince to help me as he was just amazing. Just a side note I had such an easy time with my finance guy at Hunt Club. I wanted to say that his customer service was exceptional as well. I think this is review is just for the Sales rep but I think that congrats to the finance people should be written some where. They have to deal with all of us and finances is a hard part sometimes. Thank you. More

More sincere than I expected. I went into Hunt Club Hyundai looking to trade my SUV for something more suitable to me. The sales crew were actually very comfortable to be around i I went into Hunt Club Hyundai looking to trade my SUV for something more suitable to me. The sales crew were actually very comfortable to be around in general and quite open to having a very respectful conversation about cars with a woman without being condescending or having any assumptions that I didn't know what I was talking about. (this one of my biggest pet peeves with most motorized vehicle dealers). The salesman I dealt with was more than willing to take me on a longer, more detailed test drive than I'm sure is the norm, and allowed me to really get a feel for the Elantra's handling ability overall. The only complaint I have is that I've sent an e-mail to the sales manager about what I think are a couple of glitches with my car but have yet to receive a response. It's taken longer than I expected but when they do, I trust they will deal with the issues. Otherwise, all positive. More
