Now the quality of what we are buying is supremely important, but I must say, that it is also importa We had been looking for a new car for two years. Now the quality of what we are buying is supremely important, but I must say, that it is also important that the salesperson treats us with respect and recognizes the significance of this investment to us. We only buy a car every 10 years!! I am handicapped and so it is important to make this car convenient in order to make my journeys enjoyable and comfortable. Marco was sensitive to this issue and carefully looked out for us as we looked at each of their vehicles. We did not buy on our first visit but came back even after visiting another Hyundai dealership in Ottawa as we wanted to get this deal with Marco as our salesperson! We were treated with care as he carefully took us through all the different aspects of the car and spared no time in helping us with what we needed to know!! Many thanks Marco!! We LOVE our new car!! I would like to add that the business manager Ahmed Mustapha was delightful and made the finishing of this deal as pleasant as the beginning....many thanks Ahmed!! More

Need a Hyundai:? Marco Floccari is the ONE to talk to I was browsing the Internet for a new car. Looked at Hyundai Ottawa. In no time at all, I had an email from Mr Floccati, I made an appointment for t I was browsing the Internet for a new car. Looked at Hyundai Ottawa. In no time at all, I had an email from Mr Floccati, I made an appointment for the following The sales crew welcomed me wondering which one was the ONE. Mr Floccati blushed when I asked which one was Marco. He asked me what kind, price range... within 10 min, I was test-driving a Hyundai Accent. I bargained a lot and Marco , agreed, explained, blushed, talk to the boss and came back with a very good deal. He introduced me to the business manager Tim Boileau. It was 9:45PM . At 10:15 Wed night, I had signed all documents, Proud owner of a brand new Hyundai Accent hatchback Boston red. I picked it up Friday morning , 11 AM. Marco went through ALL the features, noon, Tim finished the legalities, insurance, new plates and by 1PM I was on my way home. How about that for a wonderful experience.
