This was a surprise because normally we find the car purchasing experience one that we would compare with a visit to a dentist for the removal of an impacted molar. In this case we were pleasantly surprised as the Sales Representative, Tuan Tran,was friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable.We established an immediate rapport which continued through the entire sales and delivery transaction. Tony was always very helpful, answered all my questions quickly and gave me what I ask of him no double talk or high pressure sales pitch. He was always very straight forward. As we live about 500 km away, we only had Friday to have all the paper work and the vehicle ready. They were able to do this for us which was fantastic.
