I dealt with Kunj at the dealership while shopping for a new SUV. He was friendly and professional, showing me my options in different vehicles. I asked a quote for tire swap for the winter. I have been told it would cost $49.95. When I picked up my car, the bill is more than it was quoted. The company charges me extra consumables $2,65 and hygiene $4.68, a total of $7.33 extra before the tax. I was so supprised. I was reconfirmed by the staff who took my car in for the cost of $49.95. At the time she did not mention any of these additional charges. To me, it is not about the money, it is the trust and the integrity of the company. It is dishonest when they treat their customers like this. A huge disappointment!!! More
