I dealt with Kunj at the dealership while shopping for a new SUV. He was friendly and professional, showing me my options in different vehicles. He explained all the different features of the different vehi new SUV. He was friendly and professional, showing me my options in different vehicles. Also, as the SUV was for me, he spoke with me respectfully, rather than focusing on my husband as some salesmen are inclined to do. Staff are disrespectful, I heard them be so rude to a woman that she started crying then they told her to stop "fake crying." Avoid Hyundai on Hunt Club at all cost. We bought a used car from them that had supposedly been inspected and in really good shape. I asked a quote for tire swap for the winter. I have been told it would cost $49.95. When I picked up my car, the bill is more than it was quoted. The company charges me extra consumables $2,65 a I have been told it would cost $49.95. When I picked up my car, the bill is more than it was quoted. The company charges me extra consumables $2,65 and hygiene $4.68, a total of $7.33 extra before the tax. I was so supprised. I was reconfirmed by the staff who took my car in for the cost of $49.95. At the time she did not mention any of these additional charges. To me, it is not about the money, it is the trust and the integrity of the company. It is dishonest when they treat their customers like this. A huge disappointment!!! More
