We brought up the fact that we were told it was mandatory and asked for it to be removed and were told they will see what they could do. upon pickup we brought it up again we were told to sign and they would rectify it, after much back and forth on the phone the next day they agreed to a full refund and that it was thier mistake and would mail a cheque, that was a week ago. today they call and said we have your cheque but can't send it unless we give them a good review and survey first, then upon them seeing our 5 star review they would mail it.. We were allready lied to why would we give a good review and survey before bieng satisfied, so we declined and the salesman said well we won't refund you them, so here we are with an honest review. Don't deal with this shady company, I get the price is the price and we signed but we were lied to about the correct info. Im not even disputing the 599 dealer fee or the bogus 1200 for paint protection ect, I agreed to pay those but this 700 fee that was sold as mandatory and then they agreed to return it and went back on their word, that is unacceptable. We have also contacted corporate Hyundai who has said this isn't the first time this practice of adding fees and then only offering to refund them for good reviews in blackmail and has happened at this particular dealership in the past and are also following up from corporate. Four weeks and counting for a warranty issue. They can’t seem to process a simple name change and won’t process the claim because if it. I had a 14:30 appt for one tire change, still at 17:30, nothing.. no word… that is after they tried to tell me i had to keep my spare tire for 12 days to get an appt for a tire change, even if they had the nothing.. no word… that is after they tried to tell me i had to keep my spare tire for 12 days to get an appt for a tire change, even if they had the tire on the 21rst but wanted to book for the 31rst… i had to raise my voice a little to get my appt on the 24th and even then…. it is 17:35and it is still not ready! I got here asap as they sait, 14:20hrs… for ONE tire!!! one tire. it is 17:48 and i have my car but they forgot to take out the towing hook which i took out myself in the parking lot in the rain… yeh for me! Stay away like it's the plague. They quote prices online, and then significantly increase them(thousands of dollars) when you call to enquire. They refuse to honour their price. We recently visited Hunt Club Hyundai with an intent to buy a car. We were introduced to Kunj, our salesperson, who did an amazing job listening to what we were seeking in a new car. We needed to negotiate on what we could afford within reason. He tried his best to accommodate our hopes. We left with an understanding that we would consider what seemed to be their final offer as we needed time to reflect on it. We rescheduled an appointment with Kunj to counter the offer and Kunj was open to discuss this. However, while we were in discussion, someone kept hovering around Kunj's office listening to our conversation. He barged into the office rudely without introducing himself and took over the conversation. He literally told Kunj to get out of his seat and he took his chair while Kunj remained standing. We did not know who he was and after leaving found out that his name was Adam. He began criticing Kunj saying that Kunj did not explain the parameters of the sale appropriately. How wrong he was as both Kunj and his sales manager talked with us previously explaining the sale conditions very well! I clearly let Adam know that it was well explained but we had difficulty understanding how the options and accessories piece were not options at all. We were not interested in these options. My partner tried to talk this through and this person, Adam, became extremely rude and loud such that anyone in that room could have heard. John explained that such conditions were options you could have but he was not interested. He, Adam, asked if we had been looking elsewhere for cars and we said yes. He stood up and said in a loud and angry voice " Well, way don't you go back there right now and I guarantee that you will come running back here." My partner and I were disgusted with his behaviour. It was shocking behaviour to experience! My partner got up said "OK we are out of here and won't be back and walked out. Unfortunately our negotiation with Kunj were cut off and he lost a sale due to Adam's (who never introduced himself) behaviour. Rudeness and aggressive is not the way to sell! Your dealership should seek higher standards and ethics! Needless to. say we bought the car we were seeking from another dealership. However, Kunj was respectful and he demonstrated good professional salesmanship! Kunj I would rate as 10 and Adam a zero. Kathy and John More
Absolutely pathetic customer service. We have been invited there to to get new Hyundai Tucson. And when we asked why he did that or is it ethical, she started to get loud and told us to leave the show room as if his dads own the dealership. He wanted to fight with the customer and he is short and thinks he is a big man. But we showed him his place and left. Never going there again. More
