Si Hyundai est le produit que vous désirez et acheter dans votre région est important allez-y, mais sinon considérez vos options. L'équipe est arrogante et irrespectueuse. Les propriétaires semblent plus intéressés à se promouvoir que de bien servir leur clients. Ma femme et moi avons finalement optés pour une autre marque pour ces raisons, car nous étions incertains du produit que nous voulions. nous préférions encourager une autre concession.

Bought a Hyundai elantra 2015 2 month ago at Hyundai Vaudreuil air conditioning doesnt work no more Left the car there this morning paid 15$ to have replacement car Diagnostic your had a rock on the AC condensator it a bad luck its not garantie so 750$ plus taxe.Bad luck come on i do 200 kilometer a day the odd it realy against me that it will happen again so they charge me 72$ labor Bulshit Hyundai Vaudreuil

"Extremely dissapointed"

My vehicle has been brought in AT LEAST 8 times for the same problems (faulty electronics - suspension bushings - front links) and they NEVER have parts; they do not carry inventory so they keep your vehicle all day and give you another appointment 3 weeks later. They rarely have courtesy vehicles to lend. They can NEVER reproduce or pinpoint the issues for which you brought the car in the first place, so they wind up NOT fixing; they blame the road conditions for the fact my bushings NEVER last more than 7 months. They forget about waranties and charge fees; Extremely bad service considering the vehicle cost me nearly 50K$... not that it would be more acceptable for a 20K$ car... I'm actually contacting the owner this week (again) to let her know about the fact that their service dept has made a bad experience (unreliable car) even worse!

"First and terrible experience at Hyundai Vaudreuil"

Be extremely careful as they want you to pay for their mistakes. I was told by the seller that I could use a certain payment method, then when I got there to pay and get the car, that payment method had a significant extra cost. Instead of taking full responsibility for their mistake and taking the extra cost, Hyundai Vaudreuil wanted me to pay half of the extra cost. Of course I could not agree to this terrible customer service, so I will have to go back tomorrow to conclude the transaction and get the car. By doing so, I will still loose time, gas and money, but not as much as they suggested me. So be careful and have low expectations.
