I have dealt with Hyundai Pembroke since 2009 purchasing 5 vehicles since then. You are never pressured or feel pressured at any time. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, courteous and knowledgeab 5 vehicles since then. You are never pressured or feel pressured at any time. I've now dealt with Hyundai Pembroke since 2009, purchasing 4 new Vehicles in that time span. All Departments are great, staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service Department alw purchasing 4 new Vehicles in that time span. All Departments are great, staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service Department always try to meet my needs when it comes to appointment times and always advise me on any service that should be handled. Would be zero if I could. I will NEVER do business there again. I have issues that are well documented and factual. Even going as far as to contact Hyundai HQ to ask for assis I will NEVER do business there again. I have issues that are well documented and factual. Even going as far as to contact Hyundai HQ to ask for assistance in the horrible service. I have all documents (much to large for this review) and am willing to produce if required. I am not an unreasonable person and hold a license in automotive/truck-coach as well as an motive power instructor at CFB Borden (now retired) Their "top technician" explanations where not only an insult to my intelligence but bold face lies! I had given this dealership a second chance but was also fruitless. More
