This time around they said they would do it this time but that was it since car was purchased elsewhere, appt. booked. on scheduled day they were a no show, you cannot talk to a real person, .just massages as there is no receptionist. called head office and they quickly intervened very apologetic, Within 5 minutes they arranged a fix for the next day. Not a peep from dealer. Car returned next day (today) It is raining I understand not washing but interior not touched. Who wants/needs attitude. The car is wonderful, always draws a crowd. clean and black. This dealership is a stain on Hyundai. If you have a problem go to the top. More
