All the people at HMP are excellent. Service is far superior to other dealers - Finch and Mercedes before they were Finch. We have 4 vehicles, 3 GM and 1 Mercedes. Only the Cadillac was purchased at superior to other dealers - Finch and Mercedes before they were Finch. We have 4 vehicles, 3 GM and 1 Mercedes. Only the Cadillac was purchased at HMP but HMP are now doing all the service on our Enclave - bought at Finch and an Impala - inherited from my father who bought at Andersons (Woodstock). Stopped in on our way to Northern Ontario for vacation. We had an alarm sound right when we were leaving home and stopped at dealership which was right on our way. He fit us right in for the oil change and were on our way within about 45 minutes in total. We will be booking further service to repair the problem when we return from vacation. More
