Hunt Club Volkswagen

I used to be a regular customer and their were a number off issues and stop going to this dealership. I recently went back because someone told me they got better. I was very disappointed in my last visi off issues and stop going to this dealership. I recently went back because someone told me they got better. I was very disappointed in my last visit costing me over $3000.00 for repairs. I made appointment prior to the visit and I told the person exactly what was wrong with my car when I got there I had to repeat everything again to them. On that visit no one told me I could of waited for the diagnostic, the person told me I had to leave the car for the day which I did. I then call at noon to find out the status of my car and I was told no one looked into the issue even though I told the service person I needed my car because I had to go to work at night. There were so much issues when I finally got my car in with communication, promises were made and NOT kept. I sent an email to the service manager July 15th 2025 and I am yet to hear from him. What I don't understand is that they have a signed at the service department saying they ONLY do 5 starts rating that is NOT a true statement. I wish I did NOT the 5star rating the first time I should of waited until the work was done on my car. I will NOT recommended this dealership to anyone. I dropped my car off on Tuesday night because my seat warmer isn't working. On Wednesday, I was told that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. Then late afternoon today, I get a call saying that you don' warmer isn't working. On Wednesday, I was told that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. Then late afternoon today, I get a call saying that you don't have time to fix it today, and it won't be ready until tomorrow. Really? Why didn't you tell me right from the start that you couldn't do it until Friday? I would have taken my car home and brought it back on Friday, instead of going without my car for no reason. When I mentioned what an inconvenience this is, I was told that I could come get it if I want, but that it's all taken apart. I could not believe the callous indifference that I was shown! In the future, I will have my car serviced elsewhere. More

I brought our Jetta in for a check-up before a roadtrip and had terrific service from everyone on staff -- a warm welcome, quick service, comfortable waiting area (loved the coffee donations to a good cause and the knitting basket for knitters to work on scarves for the Shepherds of Good Hope Mission. Great to see a business helping the community). Technician Etiene went above and beyond to show me some features of our car that we hadn't used yet. I really appreciated the extra attention and effort and will definitely be back for my future servicing needs. More
