Given the fact that I left the car to have a tremendous water leak, it is very concerning that you proceeded with a car wash after the oil change. It should have also been explained that there is a huge c water leak, it is very concerning that you proceeded with a car wash after the oil change. It should have also been explained that there is a huge charge just to check for the cause/location of the leak. I had an extensive conversation with Cory the day before and he should have explained that you wouldn't check the car without an assessment charge. Overall, there have been too many issues with this car and no one is really helpful in their explanations or lack thereof. Your complimentary car wash was very poor. There was the whole passenger side missed and my back windshield was a mess. Thank you More

Called me at 9AM to tell me the issue, I gave the go ahead, they called me back at 11:11AM to inform me that my car was ready. Invoiced me for 3.69 hours of labor @ $159.99/hr. Even charged me labour on top of inspection charge. Rear and front breaks, inspection and oil change $1693.00. Next time I'm going to take my car to oil changer and my local garage. Called my after 2 hours but charged my for 3.69 hours of labour. My fault, I take the blame for this one. More
