I came in for a recall (change of key FOB) but their solution was to glue it open. This is not a practical solution and is extremely lazy. They should have replaced the FOB entirelg. Within 5 minutes of being there, I asked to put a hold on the “solution”, which they said would take 1h30 min, but apparently they had started and it was too late. Their customer service is quite poor and you feel Like you’re being scammed. I asked why they said it would take so long and they say it’s the programming is long and they wash? Your car after. No they do not. I will never buy a Nissan again just to avoid their parts and labour. More
